Great place with nice view

At heart of Penang. A place that convenient to go anywhere in penang

Quiet, good security system. Nice landscape garden. Good facilities. Next to great F&B outlets & Tesco. Very clean and convenient.

A condo which surrounded by stores, restaurants and supermarket, very convenient living place.

Surrounded by pricey conveniences and free noise pollution from Lim Chong Yew highway even at 26th floor.

24/7 free noise even if all windows and balcony sealed close.

After midnight will be worst with mat rempit using the highway as race track.

Be prepare to wake up at 4am to watch rempit race.

The location is good, but the development is on reclaimed land, and I’m already seeing some issues with settling. It’s expensive for the problems you face.

Use to go Penang annually now I feel like it’s faked up place so much traffic so stuffy everything expensive better stay kl or go thaimoi straight.

Aiyo, don’t trust lah, this E&O same company that build Seri Tanjung Pinang near Straits Quay. Now got so many problems like big cracks on the wall, leaking water pipes, all these happening in houses on reclaimed land. If that place already like that, you really wanna trust them to build high-rise on reclaimed land? Siaos, no way lah.
