Wah, this condo appreciate really fast! From RM260K++ and now already going for RM330k–RM340k — almost 30% increase!

Ya, the new MRT station nearby definitely helps, but I don’t think it’s the only reason. Kota Damansara as a whole has really transformed into a chic and happening area.

This condo is full of black guys and foreign students. Waling inside during off officve hour is like pasar malam, so many people on the walk way and you need to jam when you come out from the condo. Worth for investment and is no good for own stay.

I invested here thinking the prices would appreciate, but there are so many other condos popping up nearby. This place feels overpriced now, and traffic is a nightmare.

A seaside apartment building. Conveniently located near Tesco supermarket.

Love the view and the layout, but traffic around Tanjung Tokong is crazy during peak hours. Makes living here a bit stressful. Plus, parking is a pain!
