Just Visited Kiara Bay – more shops are opening, and the place is coming to life. UEM seems to be putting in real effort, even leveraging their own branding to attract tenants. I also know they have another upcoming project in Cheras called The Connaught, which includes shop offices. I believe those who invest now will likely benefit as the area develops

UEM Pushing To His Limited? LOL

Fuyoh, this area is really pushing the development limit – 2,413 units by UEM including Maxim Resi, Majestic, Annex, Aster, Avenue, and nearby flats. My daily commute’s about to become a roller coaster jam! Still, fingers crossed this brings new life to Cheras Sentral Mall. Who knows – maybe we’ll get a Publika 2 here. Should we call it Publika City Mall?
