With over 2,000 units, I worry that the shared facilities like the pool and gym will always be crowded. It might be hard to find a quiet time to use them.

Noisy Environment

Living here means dealing with constant noise from the main roads. It’s hard to relax at home with all the honking and traffic sounds. Not the peaceful environment I was hoping for.

Traffic Nightmare

The location is strategic, but Setapak’s traffic is terrible during peak hours! If you work in the city center, expect to spend a lot of time stuck in jams. Plus, the roads leading to the condo are quite narrow. Definitely a deal-breaker for me.

Why is it that all the new developments don’t come with their own service lobby and separate service lift from the main lift lobby? Just imagine all the rubbish, cleaning carts, removals, and whatnot having to pass through the main lift lobby. This is going to be a real headache for future dog owners, as they might end up not being able to use the guest lifts properly. I really hope the duplex penthouse comes with a separate service entrance for refuse and delivery, especially for units over 5,000 sq ft. RM760 psf is actually a decent price for a mid-range property, lah.

Info for future MHP3 buyers!

MHP2 Setapak house quality is bad. I believe it’s because workmanship and QC. Developer try to finish the project quickly and not control the quality. House with a price about half million Ringgit has a lot of defects. Hope the developer not repeat the same mistake with MHP3 project.

The location is definitely a work in progress. While it lacks some urban conveniences today, the planned improvements in connectivity and amenities are exciting. For those with a long-term view, this is a smart pick.

Really, the location is nothing like what they promised. It’s like they picked an off-the-map spot where even taxis won’t go. Total waste of time if you want to be connected.
