Nowadays developer market large built up to attract buyer. But land so small. So they built fully extended layout. Good / no good idk. But not practical for me as manufacturing. Maybe e-commerce is good?

Just to understand, Amika is more of an own-stay project lah, since the instalment will definitely be higher than the potential rental income. If you look at nearby places like Pandora, Paloma, and Paisley, they’re also not really rented out much, and the rental is only around RM2,000. So, not the best for investment if you’re looking for rental returns.
