Not Bad for a First Home, But You Need Patience

I bought at E Residence because the price was somewhat affordable for my first home. The house is spacious enough for my small family, and having basic facilities like a jogging track is nice for evening exercise. The location is reasonably convenient, with Telipok town just a short drive away. However, you definitely need to be patient because the project isn’t fully completed yet. The traffic can also get pretty bad sometimes. Hopefully, once the Pan Borneo Highway is finished, it’ll improve. The construction quality is just okay, nothing really wow. But overall, it’s a decent place to live, especially for first-time buyers, you just need to wait for everything to be fully ready.

Worth Of Buying Palm Spring Condo

This condo appreciates quite fast too…. middle of last year around 260k for 936sf. Now already 330-340kl range. Almost 30% increase!

New MRT station is very near, but I dont think this is a single contributing factor. Kota Damansara as a whole, had undergone a huge transformation, to a chic and happening place.

Not bad for a 2000 unit leasehold condo

I’m quite impressed with Tuan Heritag3. CPI Land is a reputable developer, and the design of this place is unique, blending colonial and retro train station themes. It stands out from the usual high-rises. However, I hope the actual finishing matches the artist impressions.

Poor Connectivity

The main issue with Tuan Heritag3 is the poor connectivity. Depending on the KTM is okay, but driving out is terrible. The main roads are always congested. And for the price, it’s not worth the hassle. Other areas offer better value for money with less traffic.

Overpriced

The price is too expensive for a serviced apartment in Segambut. Not affordable for young families like me. And the location, walaupun near KTM, still need to drive, and traffic is bad. Public transport connectivity still not very convenient

Aduh, this Tuan Heritag3, the location in Segambut is not very strategic, lah. For that price, I can find something closer to the city center. And the traffic here, memang jam gila during peak hours. Going to work every day also stress. Parking also can be an issue.

Traffic is a Worry

The location of Damayan is okay, as it’s in Putra Heights. But the traffic is a major concern. Going to Subang Jaya or Puchong can be very time-consuming. And with the price, I’m not sure if it’s worth the daily traffic stress. Need to consider other options.

I’m having second thoughts about Damayan. The traffic situation in Putra Heights is getting worse. Driving to Puchong is always a hassle. And with the current interest rates, this place is becoming less and less affordable. The price doesn’t justify the location and traffic.
