seems like residents of verando will be experiencing construction for the next few years, or more… seeing that there are more upcoming condos being launched.

Cannot complain much , given this super cheap price to development nearby.. IMO, good for own stay, investment wise is ok only as high density usually turns out to price competition… investors race to rent out via throwing price.

This project pricing and location all looks good. shud be good for own stay.
