Setia Sky Residences offers an unparalleled living experience. The sleek architecture and state-of-the-art amenities have exceeded my expectations. Being close to major highways and malls makes daily life very convenient. I’m truly delighted with my decision to move here.

The facilities at Palm Spring @ Damansara, such as the gym, pool, and communal lounge areas, are severely outdated. They haven’t received any upgrades in years, and it’s obvious that the infrastructure is aging without proper renovations. The gym equipment is often broken or missing, and the pool area is not maintained to a hygienic standard—leaving residents with a subpar experience. I expected a modern, well‑maintained facility given the premium location, but the constant state of disrepair is both disappointing and frustrating. This neglect makes it hard to justify the living costs here.

Living here is convenient due to the nearby amenities. However, the property could benefit greatly from modern upgrades and improved maintenance.

Palm Spring was advertised as a resort-style living environment, but the reality is far from that. The maintenance and management simply don’t meet expectations.

I’ve experienced constant maintenance issues—broken lifts and dirty common areas are the norm. The management is unresponsive, making this property a major disappointment.

Walking distance to IKEA, The Curve, and MRT, which is a big plus! There’s also a lot of food options nearby. The only downside is traffic congestion. For under RM300k, this is consider a good entry-level condo.

The price is affordable, but you get what you pay for. The condo is aging, and maintenance could be much better. Good for young singles or students, but not for families.
