UEM Pushing To His Limited? LOL

Fuyoh, this area is really pushing the development limit – 2,413 units by UEM including Maxim Resi, Majestic, Annex, Aster, Avenue, and nearby flats. My daily commute’s about to become a roller coaster jam! Still, fingers crossed this brings new life to Cheras Sentral Mall. Who knows – maybe we’ll get a Publika 2 here. Should we call it Publika City Mall?

Well so far as I see now shops at Medan are dying. So What is so special about this The Connaught One? The odd of this being vastly different in result than Medan is rather low
