Convenient Location & Nearby Amenities

February 20, 2025

Walking distance to IKEA, The Curve, and MRT, which is a big plus! There’s also a lot of food options nearby. The only downside is traffic congestion. For under RM300k, this is consider a good entry-level condo.

Affordable, But Lacks Proper Maintenance

February 20, 2025

The price is affordable, but you get what you pay for. The condo is aging, and maintenance could be much better. Good for young singles or students, but not for families.

High Density & Limited Parking

February 20, 2025

There are 997 units, and it feels too crowded. Parking is also limited, and many residents have to park outside. If you own multiple cars, this place is not ideal.

Aging Property with Poor Facilities

February 20, 2025

This condo was built in 2006, and it really shows its age. The gym is outdated, the swimming pool looks dirty, and the lifts break down often. I expected better maintenance for the price.

Bad Experience with Noise & Traffic

February 20, 2025

I rented a unit here for a few months, and it was a nightmare! The walls are thin, and you can hear everything from your neighbors. Traffic congestion in Damansara Perdana is also horrible, especially during peak hours.

Poor Maintenance & Security Issues

February 20, 2025

I regret buying a unit here. The maintenance is terrible, and the security is weak—strangers can walk in easily. The lifts are often broken, and the common areas look old and dirty. Would not recommend it for families.
