Palm Spring @Damansara Market Analysis
Over the years, Palm Spring has shown steady value appreciation. A unit with a built-up area of 936 sq ft was sold for RM260,000 in 2011. As of January 2021, the same unit size was listed on PropertyGuru for prices ranging between RM313,000 and RM400,000.
Despite its affordability, there are challenges associated with this development. Parking remains an issue, as each unit is only allocated one parking lot, with only 329 additional lots available. As a result, many cars are parked along the roadside, which poses a risk of vandalism or compound fines. Traffic congestion along Persiaran Surian is another concern, although the newly completed underpass near Sunway Giza Mall has helped ease the situation.
However, connectivity improvements such as the Damansara–Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH) and the upcoming LRT Line 3 are expected to boost property value further.

Worth Of Buying Palm Spring Condo
This condo appreciates quite fast too…. middle of last year around 260k for 936sf. Now already 330-340kl range. Almost 30% increase!
New MRT station is very near, but I dont think this is a single contributing factor. Kota Damansara as a whole, had undergone a huge transformation, to a chic and happening place.
Not bad for a 2000 unit leasehold condo
Outdated Facilities & Deteriorating Upkeep
The facilities at Palm Spring @ Damansara, such as the gym, pool, and communal lounge areas, are severely outdated. They haven’t received any upgrades in years, and it’s obvious that the infrastructure is aging without proper renovations. The gym equipment is often broken or missing, and the pool area is not maintained to a hygienic standard—leaving residents with a subpar experience. I expected a modern, well‑maintained facility given the premium location, but the constant state of disrepair is both disappointing and frustrating. This neglect makes it hard to justify the living costs here.
Acceptable Location, Needs Modernization
Living here is convenient due to the nearby amenities. However, the property could benefit greatly from modern upgrades and improved maintenance.
Promises Unmet
Palm Spring was advertised as a resort-style living environment, but the reality is far from that. The maintenance and management simply don’t meet expectations.
Terrible Management & Maintenance
I’ve experienced constant maintenance issues—broken lifts and dirty common areas are the norm. The management is unresponsive, making this property a major disappointment.
