The location of Damayan is okay, as it’s in Putra Heights. But the traffic is a major concern. Going to Subang Jaya or Puchong can be very time-consuming. And with the price, I’m not sure if it’s worth the daily traffic stress. Need to consider other options.

I’m having second thoughts about Damayan. The traffic situation in Putra Heights is getting worse. Driving to Puchong is always a hassle. And with the current interest rates, this place is becoming less and less affordable. The price doesn’t justify the location and traffic.

The price is too expensive for a service apartment in Putra Heights. Not affordable for young families like me. And the location, very jam during peak hours. Going to work in Cyberjaya is a nightmare. Plus, the LRT station is quite a walk away. Not very practical.
