Just Visited Kiara Bay โ more shops are opening, and the place is coming to life. UEM seems to be putting in real effort, even leveraging their own branding to attract tenants. I also know they have another upcoming project in Cheras called The Connaught, which includes shop offices. I believe those who invest now will likely benefit as the area develops
I Prefer ZIG Intead Of M Nova
Well If it really same price, i will be 100% prefer Zig because itโs within Kiara Bay and kepong. Whereas M Nova is across the highway and sort of considered Selayang already, with not as much developments going on.
