The only green re in this area
itโs important to keep track of government policies. ATS is the only project in bukit angkat area that complies with ESG standards. Even tho just BRONZE in Green RE LOL

Nowadays developer market large built up to attract buyer. But land so small. So they built fully extended layout. Good / no good idk. But not practical for me as manufacturing. Maybe e-commerce is good?
