Cannot complain much , given this super cheap price to development nearby.. IMO, good for own stay, investment wise is ok only as high density usually turns out to price competition… investors race to rent out via throwing price.

Think twice before buy
Well well … my gut feeling this project will be shelved. the site is simply not suitable for high density development. Way too close with Batu Caves Roundabout.
Worse traffic
Walao eh… so worse especially there is kite flying events or any activities help at Kepong Metropolitan lake site, those cars double parking from 3 lanes becomes one lanes that caused the traffic jam till further to batu cave almost weekend fro 6pm till 8pm

Well On positive view…more affordable housing.. rm387k for 900sqft! Home buyers are spoilt for choice and versus 4-5 years ago
