I was living here for 5 months. It is a nice condo. But maintenance and management is not good. Seems as nobody care about maintenance. Gym on the 5th floor is awful. There are no working aircon! But thete are sone good sides, for example a beach and infinity pool on the rooftop!

A great place to live. Lots of pools, an indoor and outdoor cinema, roof beach and lots of cafes and restaurants downstairs. Also a supermarket downstairs which is well stocked. A few problems with the electrics in some units and the workmanship of the units is a little questionable but OK if renting.

Located just next to GIS, this condo has all the amenities you could want from 2 astro-turfed tennis courts, 2 swimming pools below, another swimming pool and a beach at top, 2 gyms, table tennis, squash courts, copious number of outdoor and indoor visitor carparks. Makes me wonder how much the maintenance costs of this place is like.

The common area is very very special and attractive. The sky lounge is the ONLY sky beach i’ve seen. The security is good, place is quiet. However, the unit i view (maybe not all) have a very strange layout with lots of non right angle corners. Open kitchen with no nearby window, hence smell/steam of cooking will trap inside the apmt.

I would say the service in general more than perfect.

But do not ever think to live in this condo. There is no sound isolation at all. Savage neighbors all around the place who are making noise day and night.

Stupid Management!

Management stopped my access to my house due to overdue water charges. They disabled the Face recognition system and told me to use the back door, but I didn’t have the keys. I called a locksmith who drilled for 3 hours to open the door. I paid on Monday after the management’s holiday, and they claimed they informed people via email.cutting off water to inform residents might have been the most effective approach

Heard some pretty disturbing stuff about Metropolitan Square, especially Block A (Milan). My friend said he saw one unit there being used for shady business — like a brothel. Got this pimp-looking car always dropping off girls, looks like they’re there to service “customers”.

Honestly quite shocking, especially for a residential condo. Management really needs to step up before the place’s reputation gets totally ruined.

If you’re thinking of moving to Metrosquare, better manage your expectations. There’s no proper lobby, and I’ve seen people struggling just to get their fridges in — have to hack them apart ’cause the carpark entrance door is too small!

Ya, the new MRT station nearby definitely helps, but I don’t think it’s the only reason. Kota Damansara as a whole has really transformed into a chic and happening area.

This condo appreciates quite fast too…. middle of last year around 260k for 936sf. Now already 330-340kl range. Almost 30% increase!

New MRT station is very near, but I dont think this is a single contributing factor. Kota Damansara as a whole, had undergone a huge transformation, to a chic and happening place.

They haven’t received any upgrades in years, and it’s obvious that the infrastructure is aging without proper renovations. The gym equipment is often broken or missing, and the pool area is not maintained to a hygienic standard—leaving residents with a subpar experience. I expected a modern, well‑maintained facility given the premium location, but the constant state of disrepair is both disappointing and frustrating. This neglect makes it hard to justify the living costs here.
